The portal, Velpaso.com (“Website”), is a partnership formed under the Companies Act of 1956. Velpaso facilitates the sale and purchase of a wide variety of Vegan Leather products listed on the Platform from time to time (“Services”).
 
The Platform is owned by Gourav Enterprise , Brand Name “Velpaso”, which was established under the Companies Act of 1956 and has its registered office in Sector 4 Gurugram.
 
This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act of 2000 and any applicable rules, as well as the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act of 2000. This electronic record is produced by a computer system and does not require physical or digital signatures.

6.    You may be required to comply with the terms and conditions of third parties whose links are contained/embedded in the Services in addition to these Terms. It is expressly stated that Velpaso.com will not be held liable for any transaction entered into between the User and any such third parties.
