Shipping policy

Velpaso’ delivery partners serve customers all over India. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. On Sundays and National Holidays, we do not process orders.

Customers are recommended to inspect the product upon delivery and report any issues on the courier docket.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders within India. The delivery time may vary depending upon the delivery location and the services of our logistics partner. However most parcels should arrive within 7-10 working days after dispatch.

Shipping to other countries:

We do not provide international shipping. Prior confirmation is required for special requests. Please keep in mind that all customs, taxes, and import levies on overseas orders are the responsibility of the buyers.

Tracking Packages :

If you have a tracking ID or delivery partner number, you can track your package by visiting the links in your shipping confirmation email. Check your spam folder if you did not receive an email. In certain situations, tracking may not appear online for up to 48 hours, so please wait until the shipper scans your parcel and updates it on their website.

You can follow your order online at any time by visiting our order status page, which is titled “Track Order.” You must enter the AWB number.

Non Availability on Delivery:

Our delivery partners will make three attempts before returning an item to our warehouse. Please include your available phone/mobile number in the shipping address when placing an order; this will expedite the delivery procedure.
